- Founder and President of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) and of the Swiss Society of Lifestyle Medicine (SSLM) 

- Founder and Director of the Medinvita Clinic, the first Lifestyle Medicine Clinic in Switzerland.

Dr Ubaldi is a specialist in Internal Medicine; with an ongoing second specialization in psychotherapy. 

She has a PhD in Clinical Pathophysiology and Experimental Medicine (pathogenesis of Atherosclerosis, lipidology), completed postgraduate trainings in Nutrition, Integrative Health Therapies and other Lifestyle Medicine related courses.

She is President and co-founder at the “European Lifestyle Medicine Organization”, founder and President of the “Swiss Society of Lifestyle Medicine” (SSLM) and founding member and Vice-President of the “Mediterranean Lifestyle Medicine Institute”.

These academic trainings, combined with her academic work, also in the field of lifestyle medicine, contributed to her being a European authority in the field of chronic diseases related to lifestyle.

She is actively involved in different academic and governmental projects related to nutrition, fertility and environment, lipidology and nutrigenetics.

 Dr Ubaldi clinical practice focuses on treating modifiable lifestyle factorsfor the prevention and treatment of major metabolic and chronic diseases, including atherosclerosis, dyslipidemias, obesity, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance and some types of cancer. She promotes what she calls an "anti-inflammatory lifestyle" based on an anti-inflammatory diet and behavior

 Moreover, in the last years, her clinical practice and research focused on the role of environmental factors (endocrine disruptors, indoor pollution) in the pathogenesis of chronic diseases.

 She is a pioneer in her clinical practice in promoting a healthy environment providing concrete tools for the diagnosis of indoor pollution and heavy metals toxicity and solutions to reduce the exposure to harmful chemicals.
